I'm sorry you're having a hard time navigating the app and linking your tickets. I'll be happy to point you in the right direction!
It sounds like you've already
purchased tickets and made your theme park reservation. Woohoo! The confirmation code you mentioned means that your tickets and reservations are already linked to the account you used to purchase your tickets. If you did that on your own account then you can view your upcoming plans either on the Disneyland website or on the Disneyland Mobile App.
To view your plans on the Disneyland website just navigate to
"Theme Park Reservations" under the "My Disneyland" tab. If you'd like to see your plans on the
Disneyland Mobile App you can find them by tapping the "☰" at the bottom right corner to open the menu and scrolling down to tap "Future Plans" in the list of options. The next screen should show your theme park reservations!
You can see your tickets in the app by tapping the "☰" button and choosing "My Tickets and Passes" right at the top. If you'd like to add another ticket to your app from there you can tap the "+" in the top right and then tap "Link Tickets & Passes" to either scan a ticket barcode, tap a MagicBand+, or type in the Ticket ID.
If you're still having a hard time linking your tickets and viewing your reservation you can chat with a Cast Member through the app, too. Head back to the main menu and scroll down to find "Chat with Us" in the help section to get started.
The app is also a great way to order a quick snack when you're in the parks! I love using the app to explore menus and place orders for some of my favorite snacks, meals, and treats. There's no faster way to get a DOLE Whip! Consider taking an extra battery for your phone, though. All that pixie dust can use a lot of battery!
