What do I have to put in for Surname and given name for documentation?

Ahoy there, Leslie! Welcome aboard planDisney!

Oh my, it looks like you're embarking in just a few days! I'll spare us all the usual pleasantries and do our best White Rabbit impression to make sure you're not "late for your very important date!"

Simply put, "Surname" is the same as your last name and "Given Name" is your first name! So anywhere you see those as part of your Online Check-In process, you should be good to go.

When you're finished, be sure you've downloaded the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and printed out your Port Arrival Form before you leave home - those two things will help your arrival at the port go smoother than casting off in a slack tide!

In just a few days you'll be enjoying everything that's included on a Disney Cruise Line vacation! From incredible Broadway-caliber stage shows and entertainment to delicious gourmet dining and everything in-between, you're sure to make magical memories with your crew!

I hope that helps you make the rest of your check-in smooth sailing, Leslie! Thank you for sailing my way with your question, and if any others bubble up in the next day please drop me another line here at planDisney!

    Fair winds and following seas!
