Adding your Castaway Club number is as easy as waving your magic wand. Just log into the
Disney Cruise Line website and scroll until you see a box that says “Unlock Exclusive Benefits”. Just below that, in small blue letters, you’ll find the link to “Connect Your Account”. Clicking there will allow you to enter your Castaway Club or reservation number, and once it’s linked, you’ll be able to view your membership status and perks right in your account. You can also log in from the
Casaway Club page directly.
If, for some reason, it doesn’t work or Stitch shows up and eats the page, don’t worry, help is just a phone call away. You can reach out to the Website Support Team at (800) 939-2784 and a friendly Cast Member will happily assist you with getting everything linked correctly. They’re like your personal Fairy Godparents, making sure the magic works the way it should.
Once your account is connected, you’ll be all set to enjoy those Silver benefits, from early booking windows to special onboard surprises.
