How do I put my rewards points onto my redemption card?

    Hi, Barbara!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for sending us your question. As a Chase Disney Visa® Cardmember myself, I love the flexibility this card provides in helping us to earn/save towards our Disney Parks vacations. I also love the extra perks available on property like special character greetings and free 5x7 photos.

There are several ways you can have your current Reward Dollar balance transferred to a redemption card:

    • Order online at Chase.com. Just login to your Chase Disney Visa® Credit Card account and follow the link on the homepage to order

    • You can order by phone by calling 1-800-300-8575. Have your credit card info handy

    • You can obtain a redemption card on property at Guest Relations at all four theme parks and at Guest Relations in the Town Center area of Disney Springs™. Make sure to bring a photo ID and your credit card with you. This is the route I usually take so my redemption card reflects my most recent rewards balance. Plus, I don't have to worry about the card arriving in the mail in time for my vacation if I redeem once I arrive at Walt Disney World Resort®.

I hope this is helpful, Barbara! You can also select the highlighted link above for even more information. And of course, please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any additional questions.
