I'm sorry that you've been channeling your inner Hei Hei as you circle around trying to make your vacation payment –– unfortunately, there isn't a way to make online payments at this time. The good news, though, is that your payment can be made
over the phone by calling (866) 443-4763 to speak with a Cast Member who will be happy to help you. Since you're arriving soon, know that you also have the option to pay the balance of your room or vacation package when you check-in at the Resort.
Before your Aulani arrival, you'll also want to be sure to download the
new Aulani Resort mobile app. With the app, you can take advantage of online check-in services, search for daily activities, view your room charges, and much more. It's the perfect way to navigate your Aulani Resort adventure –– even without Maui's hook!
