Hi Jamie and
bienvenue to planDisney.
Oh my goodness, me, you're due to be arriving at
Disneyland Paris in just a couple of days - it doesn't get anymore exciting than that!
My family will actually be visiting just a few days later and are so excited about being able to get into the festive spirit, in the best possible way, by enjoying all that
Disney Enchanted Christmas has to offer. Did you know that this year, for the very first time, Guests are able to enjoy A Sweet Moment with Mrs. Claus? You're also not going to want to miss seeing Mickey's Dazzling Christmas Parade!, Let's Sing Christmas! musical show and the chance to meet and greet with some of your favourite Disney characters, wearing their festive finest.
Top Tip - Some of the characters, including Jack Skellington and the man of the moment, Santa Claus, are only available to meet and greet by joining a
Virtual Queue which you can access via the My Disney Experience App. The spots do tend to be snapped up fairly quickly so be ready to grab one as soon as they are released each day. Times are always subject to change but, currently, the Virtual Queues open at 9:45am and 2pm, French-time.
Going back to your question, Jamie, if you have incorrectly entered one member of your travel party's email address when completing mobile-check-in, please don't worry. This simply means that they will not be able to access the registration form that was sent, by email, for them to complete, as part of the mobile check-in process.
When you arrive at your
Disney Hotel, simply head on over to the Reception Desk to check-in, where the person who has been unable to complete the registration form, prior to arrival, will be able to fill out a paper form.
This will not cause you any issues at all and you will be issued with physical MagicPass cards, at Reception, once the outstanding registration form has been completed.
I hope that this has put your mind at rest and that you have the most amazing time at Disneyland Paris next week.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
