Is there a way to put money on the magic band account ahead of time? Or is it just linked to our debit/credit card? I like to idea of having a set amount of spending money for us to "play" with, without worrying about what's being charged later.

    Hi Cari,

If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you can set up charging privileges on your MagicBands. They will be linked to your debit or credit card. When you check in to your resort you can set a spending limit on your MagicBand to help manage your spending in the World. (Shh-I'm not sharing that particular tip with my husband!) The MagicBands do make it easy to spend money in the parks so a spending limit might help you enjoy your vacation with less worry.

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if I can assist you with any other questions!
Wishing you a magical, worry-free vacation,
    Amy H
