Well, it sounds like you're off to a great start, Barbara! I'm so happy to hear that you have downloaded your
new digital DVC Membership Card into your mobile device's digital wallet. That Card is your key to the Member-exclusive lounges, perks and discounts, so let's make sure you can open it to unlock your Membership magic!
It sounds as if you have already successfully downloaded your Disney MagicMobile Pass, which is your new DVC Membership Card, from the My Disney Experience app into your digital wallet. There is no passcode required to download your Card, so if you are trying to access your Card and being prompted to enter a passcode, this is likely a personal passcode on your mobile device. I would try entering your mobile device's passcode to see if that works. If not, I suggest going to "Settings" on your mobile device and tapping either "Wallet" or "Passcode" to see if your passcode for your digital wallet can be sent to you, changed or disabled.
If you still can't find a way to get into your digital wallet or open your Disney MagicMobile Pass, I suggest contacting a helpful Cast Member with My Disney Experience and MagicBands at
