I have put my 8 member family into my family friends list. I can’t make a reservation as they are not showing up in the field. Can you help please?

    Hi Phil, welcome to planDisney!

The season of love meets a world of magic when you visit Walt Disney World Resort in February. I encourage you to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the 2023 Valentine's Day Foodie Guide. I really hope last year's Red Velvet Whoopie Pie from The Trolley Car Café at Disney's Hollywood Studios returns. Nothing says love like red velvet cake filled with cream cheese buttercream topped with strawberry buttercream.

Valid admission, a theme park reservation, and a method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) are currently required for theme park entry. It sounds like you're having trouble securing your theme park reservations, so let's dig into the details of using the Disney Park Pass system.

You can make theme park reservations for anyone in your party that appears on your Family and Friends List in My Disney Experience with valid admission linked to their account. Since you mentioned adding everyone to your Family and Friends List, the hiccup must be related to having valid admission linked to everyone's account. Use the ticket numbers found in your confirmation email to link everyone's tickets in My Disney Experience. If an error message appears that tells you the tickets have already been linked, that means you probably added a My Disney Experience account profile to your account for an individual that already had an account. In that case, use the following steps to link the My Disney Experience profile managed under your account with the existing My Disney Experience account of a family member:

    1. Click "Update" next to a family member's name on your Family and Friends List.
    2. Click "Share Planning with [name.]"
    3. Enter the email address of that person's existing My Disney Experience account and click "Continue."
    4. Ask that family member to accept the email invitation to connect and the vacation entitlements housed in both accounts will automagically merge. You will remain connected as Family and Friends, which means you can make theme park reservations for them.

I hope this is helpful information, Phil. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly with follow-up questions. Helpful Cast Members at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ number can also lay eyes on your account and offer assistance.

    Plan magic; planDisney.
