    I put a hold on cruise, how can I view it.

    My family and I love sailing with the Disney Cruise Line. But it can be hard thinking about a cruise coming to an end. So the onboard offer for a placeholder cruise really helps us feel better about wrapping up a cruise as it means we have a foothold on our next cruise already!

    In most cases, guests who purchase a placeholder cruise reservation while still onboard a Disney cruise will receive an email confirmation of the reservation. My most recent placeholder notification email popped into my inbox with the subject "Enchantment awaits." Even if you booked your Disney cruise through a travel agent and reserved a placeholder onboard keeping the default connection with that agent, you should still get a confirmation email. But if you didn't, it may be worth reaching out to your travel agent or giving a call to the Disney Cruise Line.

    When you are ready to convert your placeholder reservation to a specific cruise booking, you'll need to call the Disney Cruise Line or contact your travel agent. They will be able to assist you with the conversion before you can say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
