I put all 10 guests tickets on my Disney experience app and must have said I would manage them all. Actually want to share all info with other adults in group so they can make plans too. This would include the children to be managed by others besides mysel

Welcome to planDisney Debbie! Thanks for reaching out with your great question. I'm excited to help you! How wonderful that you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort! You’re sure to create some amazing memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

To share plans with everyone in your party, I would suggest that everyone create their own My Disney Experience account, if they haven't already, then adding them to your Friends & Family list. I would next suggest connecting your account to everyone in your party on their own devices. This will allow you to manage all your plans from your own account while still being able to share reservation plans and tickets with everyone in your party. Everyone in your party will be able to see all plans, so you all stay on the same page. If they have MagicBands, linking them in the app allows for easy park entry, Lightning Lane access, and more.

I find the easiest way to connect to the accounts of friends and family members is by using your Linking Code. To find your Linking Code, tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the bottom right of the My Disney Experience app. Scroll to the bottom of the screen then under Disney Account, tap “Profile.” Next, tap “Show My Linking Code.” The app will then prompt you with a warning explaining what the linking code is. Once someone scans your Linking Code, you’ll be added to their Friends & Family list. Next tap “Show My Linking Code.” The app will then create a unique linking code. There’s a QR version as well as a manual code that your friends and family can type in.

If anyone in your party wants to scan a linking code to connect to you (or you want to scan theirs) - tap on the three horizontal lines to the bottom right of the My Disney Experience app. Select “Profile” and then “Friends & Family List.” You’ll then scroll down to where it says “Add a Guest.” Follow the prompts to Scan their Linking Code. You’ll scan their linking code when they have it up on their phone, or you can manually enter the code. That's it!

Debbie, I hope you find this information helpful as you prepare for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Thank you again for visiting planDisney. Have a magical day!
