I put down a placeholder on a cruise 2 years ago. I am not going to be able to use it. How do I get that money back?

Ahoy there, Dale, and welcome to planDisney!  I'm glad that you sailed by with your question.

I hate that you need to cancel your Onboard Booking Offer. You can call Disney Cruise Line directly to do this, and your refund will be returned to the original form of payment.

I hope you return to Disney Cruise Line in the future. The Disney Treasure will be setting sail in December 2024, giving you another great ship to sail on. Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point will be open to Guests very soon, providing an additional Port of Call during select sailings from Florida.

If you have any other questions, Dale, planDisney is here to answer them.

    SEA you real soon,
    JoVonn
