Hi there, Cletis!
Welcome to planDisney. It’s always a treat to hear from a fellow Nevadan! There’s something extra magical about trading our desert views for ocean breezes on a Disney Cruise.
I’m so glad you took advantage of the
Onboard Offer and secured a Placeholder Reservation for a future sailing. It’s the best way to give yourself an excuse to plan your next adventure! You can find your Placeholder right on the
Disney Cruise Line website. After signing in, head to the “Already Booked” tab at the top, then scroll to “My Reservations.” Your Placeholder should appear there along with its expiration date. If you have multiple reservations, just use the drop‑down menu to switch between them.
Once you open your Placeholder, select “Search All Cruises.” From there, you can browse itineraries after confirming who will be sailing with you. As you explore, keep an eye out for the “Special Rates for Placeholder” banner or the “Placeholder Offer” icon, which lets you know your discount is being applied. Just be sure your next cruise falls within the two‑year window from when you placed your Placeholder deposit.
If anything feels unclear or you can’t find what you’re looking for, calling
Disney Cruise Line is always an option. A Cast Member can pull up your reservation and walk you through everything step by step.
Cletis, I hope you find the perfect Disney Cruise for your family! If more questions pop up, we would love to help you again here at planDisney.
Happy sailing!
Jen
