I'm sorry you're running into some difficulty with your Disneyland
admission tickets and
theme park reservations. That can be frustrating. Sometimes Stitch gets into the technology side of things and makes a mess.
My best suggestion would be to speak to a friendly Cast Member on the dedicated
Tickets phone line. Have your original transaction e-mail handy if you have it, which hopefully will help them straighten out the issue you're experiencing. They're usually able to dig and find the solution in pretty quick order. I know they've assisted me in the past with ticketing issues, so I hope they can get you the help you need too.
I hope you're able to use your Park Hopper tickets soon! My family loves the flexibility of the
Park Hopper option. We like to hop after lunch and then hop back in the evening. You can do that! During popular times of the year, having the ability to check wait times in a park on the
Disneyland mobile app and hop on over if they seem shorter is especially nice.
