I feel compelled to start with YAY!!! You are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort! It sounds like you may need to simply reassign the tickets. First, make sure that you are connected in your Mom's
Family & Friends List in
My Disney Experience. If you are connected, your mom should be able to log into her MyDisney account and reassign those tickets.
To reassign from the website, log into your MyDisney account, go to My Disney Experience and click on My Plans. Scroll down to My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets. Click on the tab for Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker. From there, your mom should see those tickets. If the tickets have not been used, she should see an option to Reassign Ticket. If using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, log into the mobile app, click on My Tickets & Passes. From there, you should be able to scroll through the tickets. Look for the Reassign Ticket option underneath the ticket.
If you are unable to reassign those tickets, I suggest that you
call to speak to a cast member in Website Support. They may be able to help.

advanced dining reservations you may have. If you have not yet made one at
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera or
Space 220 Lounge, I suggest that you do. My family adores the character experience at Topolino's Terrace and I personally love the serenity of Space 220 Lounge. I also suggest that you consider
Memory Maker if you have not already. Now that my girls are teenagers, I am so glad we have always used Memory Maker on our visits. Those photos are absolutely priceless now!
