In 2013 I put a $200 deposit on a vacation package which I ended up cancelling and never re-booked. How do I find out if my deposit is still valid if I were to finally plan new dates?

    Hi Stephanie,

You'll want to give the Disney Reservations Center a call and ask them to check your account. If you have the old reservation number or other details, it will make it easier for the Cast Member to assist you in locating the old reservation. Generally, if packages are cancelled before 45 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded to the original payment source, but they will be able to tell you for sure.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, Stephanie.

    Have a magical day,
