Unfortunately, the service you're talking about hasn't been available for quite a while now. At this time, you can't purchase merchandise items and have them delivered to your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel or the front of the park to pick up when you're ready to leave. I know that this isn't the news you wanted to hear, and I truly hope these services come back in the near future!
That being said, not all is lost. If you don't mind purchasing your items and then seeing them again until you're back from your trip, you have the option to ship them straight to your home from the store. Simply ask a Cast Member at the registers, and they will be happy to assist you. This does cost extra, though, so it's always best to ask. If you don't want to ship your items home and you also don't want to carry them with you all day, you could always take a quick trip back to your hotel. I personally love to take midday breaks, so it's a win-win situation!
