hi i purhased memory maker for all my days staying at disney from Dec 10 to Dec 17, 2024. i can go and download images one by one, but it takes time. i want to download the all at once, but there is no button to select or download all. please help

    Hiya Yaser,

Welcome to planDisney! I hope you enjoyed celebrating the holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort. No one does the holidays better than the Disney Parks, so between the magic, the food, the decorations, and the entertainment, it is my favorite time to visit. I’m glad that you were able to visit and also that you captured your memories using Memory Maker!

When I visit Walt Disney World Resort, I love to make my family stop at every Disney PhotoPass opportunity, which means my gallery is always full of photos I want to download. Having to download them one at a time would quickly turn me into Donald Duck, so being able to download them all at once is a welcome gift. Luckily, there is a straightforward way to download your photos using My Disney Experience on your computer.

    1. First, log in to your My Disney Experience account.

    2. Click “My Photos” under the My Disney Experience header, and you will be redirected to the Disney PhotoPass website.

    3. The first screen should be a gallery screen of all your images; if not, you will be brought to an interim screen with a button to “View Media” that you will need to click.

    4. Hover over one of your photos, and you will see a grey circle in the top corner.

    5. Click the circle, and it should switch from grey to green.

    6. A header should appear on your screen above the photos that say “Cancel” and “Download” after you do this.

    7. Under “Download,” a smaller clickable box will be beside the text ‘Select all visible media.”

    8. Mark that box, and all your images will be selected for download (all of the small circles should be green in the gallery, and in the header, all your pictures will appear as smaller thumbnails).

    9. Click “download” in the header, and bibbidi bobbidi boo, a zip file will download that includes all of your images!

I hope this was helpful, Yaser and you are able to save yourself time downloading your photos. Before I let you go, don’t forget to download your photos before they expire (all images will expire 45 days after they were initially taken). Please come back and see us if you need anything else!

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
