    If I want to purchse tickets for Mickey's Halloween Party do I have to be staying in a Disney Resort?

    Hello Ann Marie!

    All guests are welcome to purchase tickets for and attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!  It is an event open to the general public.  We've stayed "offsite" in the past and attended the party and I know many local families love to attend the event as well.  You can puchase tickets online at the Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party website or at any theme park ticketing window or Guest Relations office.
