Hello, Bianca! Thanks for stopping by to see us here at planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is coming up very soon, so let's make sure you've got all of your plans in place for your great big beautiful tomorrow!
When you
buy your theme park tickets, you don't need to choose the park you plan to visit at the time of purchase. Tickets are valid for admission to any of the
four theme parks at the Walt Disney World Resort. However, all Guests do need to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation for a specific park in advance of their visit. If you've made a reservation that you'd now like to change, I'll walk you through that right here.
Disney doesn't have a way to modify an existing Disney Park Pass reservation right now, so to make that change, we'll need to cancel your original reservation and make a new one. You can do that by hopping into the
My Disney Experience app on your phone and clicking on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen, then clicking on "My Plans." You'll see a list there of all of your plans, from
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations to dining reservations to your Disney Park Passes. Find the theme park reservation you'd like to change and click on it, then click on the "x" to cancel, and confirm. Now, you can go back to the home screen (click the little house), and click on "Book Now" under "Make Theme Park Reservations." That will take you to the Walt Disney World website, where you'll need to log in, then follow the prompts to make a new Disney Park Pass reservation. And that should do it! Your plans will be updated!
Bianca, I hope this answered your question. If you still need assistance, you can feel free to drop us another question or
call Guest Relations at the number listed under "Existing Tickets" and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to help you.
Have a magical vacation, and please come see us again real soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
