Hey, Heather! You have found a great way to budget for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Building your trip piece by piece is a really easy and manageable way to put together a magical visit. Before you can say, "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious," all the pieces will have come together and you will be ready for your practically perfect day in the theme parks.
Based on the way you worded your question, Heather, I assume that you are purchasing a One-Day theme park ticket. The price of these does vary, based on time of year and theme park. When you
purchase yours, you will indicate a day you plan to use them so the system can determine its price according to a ticketing "season" - Value, Regular, or Peak. As long as everyone has a theme park ticket that goes along with the corresponding "season," then you can enjoy all the pixie-dusted fun of the day. No worries about being restricted to participate in any activities because the tickets were purchased on different days. I actually budgeted one of our trips this way a few years ago. Each paycheck I received, I hopped online and purchased another theme park ticket. I do firmly believe that it does not matter how you get there, just that you get there and make all the memories!
Heather, do make sure that you purchase your tickets in time to
link them to your My Disney Experience account and make
FastPass+ selections! If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, these selections can be made up to 60 days in advance of your check-in date. If you are not staying in a Resort hotel, then you can make your selections up to 30 days in advance.
Thanks so much for stopping by and please let us know if we can help you plan any part of your visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
