After purchasing my tickets, how long do I have to use the tickets? We were planning a trip in December but need to change our plans.

    Welcome to planDisney, Korene!

I’m sorry you have to change your plans for your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Hopefully you can reschedule soon! You won’t want to miss the magic of the 50th Anniversary Celebration

You’re going to want to log in to your My Disney Experience Mobile App, Korene. Once you’re there, select the bottom righthand icon (the three lines icon). Then select the “Tickets and Passes” option. On that screen you’ll be able to see the “Valid Through” dates. Those will show you when your existing tickets expire. That is how long those particular tickets are good for.

But don’t worry! If the tickets expire before you’ll be able to go on your Disney vacation, Korene, the amount you have paid for those tickets can be applied towards the purchase of new tickets as long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount you paid for these original tickets. (In order for you to be able to use this credit, the tickets you have must be WHOLLY unused.) Just call a Cast Member at (407) 934-7639 and they’ll be able to help you from there!

If you have additional questions, Korene, we hope we can help you further and planDisney
