I’m sorry to hear you’re having difficulty linking your tickets. If you purchased your tickets through My Disney Experience app, they may already be linked to your Disney account. In the My Disney Experience app, let’s click on the three small horizontal line on the lower right-hand corner, which will bring up a menu with many options. On the left, click on “Tickets and Passes”. Check to see if your tickets are already on the app. If not, you can try scanning the barcode that is associated with your e-ticket that was emailed.
Still no luck? My next recommendation is to log in on the
Walt Disney World Resort website and try linking your tickets online. On the right side, hover your cursor over “My Disney Experience” which will bring down a menu; click on “My Plans”. Here, you can see if your tickets are already linked to your Disney account. If not, you can link your tickets by manually inputting the 12 digit ticket ID-number.
