When purchasing tickets I added the names of my three friends to my account. Now that we all have our magic bands. I'm confused what to do next. Use my account? The tickets are purchased the names are set is it too late for them to make their own??

    Hi Brian! Welcome to planDisney.

So very soon, you and your buddies will be immersed in The World's Most Magical Celebration at Walt Disney World Resort. Stop by the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts for creative treats from the many Food Studios. Listen to live Disney music during DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series in World Showcase.

So, I am interpreting you have purchased your Theme Park Tickets and MagicBands for your travel party and created profiles for your friends within your My Disney Experience account for your travel companions. Great job! At this point, this would make you the "manager" of everyone in your travel party and you are free to proceed with your Disney visit. Let's verify you have linked those MagicBands to each individual. Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, and tap on "MagicBands and More." This should generate your name and a list of "Guest Managed by Me." You can click on each individual's name to see a list of MagicBands and ticket cards associated with that guest. If anyone's MagicBands are missing, click on "Link Your MagicBand or Card" and follow the prompts.

Your friends can indeed set up their own My Disney Experience account as well. Once their own account is created, they should verify their Theme Park Tickets, MagicBand, and Disney Park Reservations have been transferred. The whole party will definitely want to make sure you are linked under "My Profile" in the "Family & Friends List." I recently experienced a slight glitch with this as my sister had a profile in my account and her own My Disney Experience account. This was quickly resolved with a call to the My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ Help Center. The Cast Member merged the two accounts in less than five minutes. Feel free to reach out to them with any further questions.

In summary, you have options. My husband prefers that I manage his plans. My sister wants to have access to her own Theme Park Tickets and Disney Park Pass Reservations. You and your friends can decide what works best for you.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
