I am going to be purchasing my park tickets from rundisney. I am staying at Port Orleans Riverside for one night and Polynesian for 5 nights. Would they be able to put a used ticket on my room at the Polynesian or can they do it at both resorts? Thank you.

    Hi Andrew!

Generally, the front desk or concierge can add your paper ticket information onto your resort key.  You would just need to take it to them so they can switch it over.  Explain your situation to the Port Orleans desk before getting it done to make sure they understand.

In researching this a bit, I found that in the past, some people have run into issues with the process.  There have been instances when the resort key was demagnetized by a phone or something else, and lost all information, including theme park tickets.  I would make sure that if you DO transfer them over, you get some sort of photo copy of your tickets, or keep the tickets themselves in case that happens to you.  Then you will have the necessary proof to get the new information added.

I hope this makes sense!  Please let me know if you have any other questions!
