Pluto Topiary at Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

    I will be purchasing park tickets, but I need to know if they ship physical tickets to me?? Or is it electronic? My arrival date is April 26 and am staying off site. Is that enough time for them to ship to Canada if so??

    Hello there, Kelley!

    You’ll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during my favorite time of year- the Spring! The Resort looks so beautiful with lush floral displays, particularly during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Look out for the Disney PhotoPass Service Cast Members around the theme park to capture some spring-themed Magic Shots.   

    Hakuna Matata- there is no need to worry about having your tickets shipped to you in time because the default delivery option for tickets is mobile delivery! After you’ve purchased your tickets, you should find them in your My Disney Experience account. If you don’t see your tickets automatically appear in your account, you can link them manually. 

    Now, once your tickets are linked to your account, you can enter the theme parks by either: 

    1. Setting up Disney MagicMobile pass on the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. You can scan the MagicMobile pass on your mobile device to enter;
    2. Purchasing a Disney band and linking it to your My Disney Experience account. You can scan the Disney band to enter; or
    3. Picking your ticket up at a ticket window at any of the theme parks with your ticket confirmation email, card used to purchase the tickets, and photo ID. Once you get your physical ticket, you can use that to enter. 

    Just remember, in addition to your tickets, you’ll also need a theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit a Walt Disney World Resort theme park. Once you have these steps completed, I’m sure you’ll be singing like Rapunzel, asking, “when will my [vacation] begin?”
