If purchasing a package (resort stay & tickets) and then a member of our party can't come on the trip, will their ticket (Magic Band) be valid for a future trip? Magic Bands expire 14 days after they have been used but what if they aren't used?

    Hi Carrie!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets expire 14 days after their first use. If they are not used, simply keep them until your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Once they are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will be able to manage them until you use them on a magical trip. However, your MagicBands will not expire. Since MagicBands are also linked to your My Disney Experience account, they can be used to access any hotel reservations and theme park tickets that are linked to your account. You can even use them on future trips with your new theme park tickets. I like to get a new color MagicBand for each trip so I can pick the perfect color for each day of our vacation!

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
