I am purchasing military salute tickets for myself & my immediate family as well as a non-military friend. Is it possible to link myself and my family's tickets to my Disneyland account and have my friend link his ticket into his own account?

Hey there, hi there, Amanda! Welcome to planDisney. Before we get to your question, I'd like to take a moment to thank you and your family for their service.

As a military spouse, I always get excited to answer another military family's question and hear that they are planning to use the Disney Military Promotional Tickets. This is such a generous offer that helps make a magical visit possible for so many military families. I am happy to share that your friend can definitely add his Disney Military Promotional Ticket to his own Disney account. The only thing that will need to happen is that you will need to enter the park for the first time with your friend and the other ticket holders and present your military ID. After that, you'll all be good to go!

If you are planning on adding Lightning Lane Multi Pass to your tickets, I suggest that you also add your friend's ticket to your account, so that you can manage the Lightning Lane selections together as a group. A ticket can be linked to more than one account in the Disneyland app without any issues.

Amanda, thanks so much for stopping by! If you have any other questions about these tickets or just planning your visit in general, you know where to find us!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
