Greetings, Leah!
Welcome back to
planDisney! Thanks for stopping by to discuss visiting two of my favorite places on Earth -
Walt Disney World and
Disneyland Resort! Let's dive into your question so you can make your Disney dreams a reality.
A
Disney Incredi-Pass grants you admission into all four Walt Disney World theme parks (
Magic Kingdom Park,
EPCOT,
Disney's Hollywood Studios, and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park) for one calendar year. You can visit as many times as you like, depending on availability.
While it's a pretty magical ticket, it does not admit you into the Disneyland Resort theme parks. To enter
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Theme Park, purchase separate
Disneyland Resort tickets from the Disneyland website.
Leah, if your vacation days are limited, consider a trip to California during a year when you aren't a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder. Both Disney parks in Anaheim are fantastic, and I recommend spending three or four days there and then a few more days exploring the surrounding coastal area. I purchase a Walt Disney World Annual Pass when I expect to spend at least ten full days in the same year in the Florida theme parks. If it's looking like I won't make it to Orlando for ten or more days, I purchase tickets in smaller increments for each trip. A wish come true for me would be a year that included at least ten days in Florida PLUS a week in California. At that point, being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder would still be worth it, and I'd also get to visit Disneyland Resort.
I hope this is helpful. Thanks for sending your question to planDisney. Please reach out again when it's time to finalize your Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World adventures!
Wishing you magic and memories,
Betsy
