I am purchasing as a gift for my children and grandchildren the California 3 day pass. It does not seem to let me purchase online without choosing the dates for them to attend. Is there a way to purchase and then let them make the reservation?

Hello LaMarr, and welcome to planDisney!

Oh my goodness! You are sweeter than Cinderella's Fairy Godmother helping to make your family's Disneyland Resort dreams come true. What a thoughtful gesture!

At this time, you must select dates and make theme park reservations upon purchasing admission to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. If you aren't sure when your crew of Mouseketeers will want to visit, choose some dates you think might work for them. There is no penalty to cancel theme park reservations, so when they have a better idea of days they'll be going, simply cancel the existing reservations and make new ones. Multi-day tickets expire 13 days after their first use, or on January 12, 2023, (whichever comes first), so they'll have plenty of time to decide when to make the trip to the Happiest Place on Earth.

I hope your children and grandchildren have a fantastic time in the Disneyland Resort theme parks. Whether they're aspiring Resistance fighters, superheroes, or princesses, they'll find something incredible to capture their imagination on their adventure. Thanks for sending your question our way, and if there's anything else we can help with, don't hesitate to reach out again.

    Have a magical day!

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort.
