    If purchasing the genie+ add-on when buying my tickets. Do I now have credits for the upgrade? or will the app know I have prepaid? I'm logged into the app (reservation is showing etc) but only option / button on the Genie+ says "purchase"

    Hey there, hi there, Adrian! Welcome to planDisney. You have quite the journey to Disneyland Resort coming up, so let's get your question answered so you can focus on getting everything else ready.

    I am happy to hear you have already added Disney Genie+ service to your tickets. This is going to be such a great addition to your visit! Don't worry about figuring out how to activate the service or needing to find the credits for Disney Genie+. As soon as you've scanned your tickets into the park for the first time each day, Genie+ knows you are ready! You can head to "View My Genie Day and Tip Board" from the pop-up menu in the Disneyland app and make your first Lightning Lane selection. 

    Don't forget that Disney Genie+ service also includes unlimited digital PhotoPass photo downloads from your day. There are so many great PhotoPass photo locations throughout both parks and as the mom who is always behind the camera, this allows me to get IN the photos with my family! Since you will be visiting Disneyland Resort during Halloween time there are also some added spooky photo opportunities. This year Mickey and his pals are debuting new costumes in Disneyland Park and you also have the iconic giant Mickey pumpkin on Main Street, U.S.A. Over at Disney California. Adventure Park, you'll find the headless horseman on Buena Vista St, and in Cars Land our friends are dressed up in their best car-stumes!
