    I am purchasing Disney world 5 day military promotional tickets with genie+ For May 2022. I know the tickets need to be activated at any park. My question is, can I still make my theme park reservations as soon as I get my tickets?

    Hi there, Clint! Welcome to planDisney!

    First of all, I want to truly thank you for your service! I know that both service members and their families understand the meaning of commitment and dedication. As a military spouse myself, I think there's nothing more valuable than quality time and there's no better place to spend that time together than at Walt Disney World Resort!

    Clint, I'm happy to let you know that when you purchase your Military Salute Tickets, you will be able to link them to your My Disney Experience account and make Theme Park Reservations! You will still want to activate them at Guest Relations at any of the parks or at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs prior to your first park day. However, you will be able to have all your reservations linked and ready to go beforehand!

    You can link your tickets using the Link Reservations and Purchases page once you receive them. After they're linked and assigned to Guests in your travel party, you can go ahead and make your Theme Park Reservations through the Disney Park Pass system!

    I also want to let you know that you have the ability to purchase Military Salute Tickets through Shades of Green. Though there is a small upcharge to mail them, these tickets will arrive to you already activated and ready to be used.

    As you put the finishing touches on your magical vacation, I'd also like to encourage you to download and explore the My Disney Experience app. This will allow you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer, from checking wait times for attractions, viewing park maps, and even mobile ordering food! This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun.
