Hiya Shelby! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question!
I am thrilled that the Disney Dining Plan is making its way back to the
Walt Disney World Resort next year. For Guests who enjoy an all-inclusive type of vacation, having many of your meals paid for in advance is an added perk.
When adding the
Disney Dining Plan to your vacation package, each Guest included on your room reservation must purchase the plan. You will not be able to pick and choose who has it or not. If your two family members are joining you for your vacation but are staying in a different room, they will then have the option to add it or not. However, if you are adding them to your Disney Resorts hotel reservation, they will need to have the same options you chose. This will also include your park tickets if you bundled them together as a vacation package. Each Guest will be required to have the same number of days and ticket type. For example, if you added the
Park Hopper Option to your tickets, your added Guests will need to do so as well.
I'm excited that you will be visiting during the holiday season! While it may be a few days after Christmas Day, there will still be plenty of decorations and festive happenings occurring across Walt Disney World. You'll still get all of the holiday feels walking down Main Street, U.S.A. and exploring Disney's Hollywood Studios. Typically, Hollywood Studios will have holiday tunes playing as you are strolling through the park. It's a great way to cap off a magical holiday season!
Shelby, I hope you have a fun time planning for your stay next year!
