    If purchasing the dining plan, when & where do we get our rapid refill mugs?

    Hi Chesley!

    You can pick up your Disney Resort refillable mugs after you have checked in to your Resort at the front desk or immediately if you have checked in online and are offered to skip the front desk to check in.  Mugs can be redeemed at any of the Resort quick-service restaurants and in some Resort gift shops.  

    We like to purchase the refill mugs even when not using the Disney Dining Plan.  It's very convenient to be able to fill up our mugs when we want and there's a variety of beverages to choose from.  You can fill your mugs at ANY Walt Disney World Resort, not just your own.  They also come in handy in the parks.  Even though you can't refill them there, they are insulated, so I pour our drinks that we purchase in the parks right into our refill mugs so they stay cooler longer.
