Hi, when purchasing a day ticket for Disney Orlando is it possible to go home for a few hours and come back to the park ? Can you get like a stamp ?

    Hey Nancy!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to answer your great question about Walt Disney World Resort theme park exit and re-entry.

Yes, it is possible to exit a Walt Disney World Resort theme park and re-enter later in the day. In fact, many Guests including myself do so!

Because I am traveling with young children, I find it useful to enter a theme park early in the day, head back to our Disney Resort hotel around lunchtime, and then return to the same theme park to catch the nighttime shows and fireworks spectaculars. Doing so keeps my girls from getting worn out and allows us to have lunch outside of the theme parks, take a nap, freshen up or even take a dip in the Resort hotel pool!

You will not receive a stamp to re-enter the park. In order to re-enter the same theme park later in the day, you simply need to present a Cast Member at the main entrance with your theme park admission card or MagicBand. It will be scanned and you will be allowed to re-enter the park!

Nancy, if you have any additional questions, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are always here to help you!
