Tammy from FL Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I will be purchasing 4 day FL resident passes for my family-3 days to use in September and 1 day to use in Feb. My son turns 10 in between those dates. Any problem with him using the 3-9 ticket when he is 10? Thanks for all you do!

Hey there, Tammy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I’m excited to learn you have some magical upcoming visits in your near future. And, yay, for being able to take advantage of the Florida Resident Special Offers. As a Florida resident, I love being able to visit more often thanks to those enticing special offers that keep me and my family coming back. They’re just too good to miss!

Tammy, once your little guy turns 10, you will be able to upgrade his existing ticket and simply pay the difference to make it an adult ticket for him. When you arrive, visit any of the Guest Relations at all four theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs where a Cast Member will be able to assist you.

I hope you have an absolutely magical time in September and again in February during your visits. Be sure to mark your calendar with all the important planning dates; 60-days out for your FastPass+ if you’re staying at one of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, 30-days if you’re staying off-property. And you can start making some yummy dining reservations as early as 180-days in advance.

Happy planning and see you real soon!
