I am purchasing 2 day park tickets with a hopper tomorrow and will visit the parks on July 5th and 6th. What is the best way to receive my tickets? Could I use the my Disney experience app and have all 4 family member’s tickets on my app?

Hi there Nicole, and welcome back to planDisney! I’m so glad you stopped by with your question. It sounds like you have an exciting trip just around the corner! Two magical days in the parks with the freedom to hop between them is such a fun way to experience even more of what Walt Disney World has to offer. I’d love to help you feel confident about how to receive and manage your tickets, especially when traveling with family. Let’s make sure everything is set so all you have to focus on is the fun!

Once you purchase your 2-day Park Hopper tickets, you'll be able to link them directly to your My Disney Experience account. The easiest way to do this is through the My Disney Experience app. After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation number. In the app, you can navigate to the section for tickets and passes and enter that confirmation number to link the tickets to your account.

You’ll have the option to assign each ticket to a member of your travel party. If you’ve already created profiles for your family within your Friends & Family list, you can easily assign each ticket to the right person. If not, the app will prompt you to create profiles for each member of your group, and then you’ll be able to manage all four tickets from your account.

Once everything is linked, you can use the My Disney Experience app to access your tickets digitally. You’ll also have the option to set up a Disney MagicMobile pass, which lets you use your smartphone or smartwatch to enter the parks, similar to a digital park ticket. If you prefer, you can also use a physical ticket card or MagicBands, but using the app and MagicMobile is very convenient, especially when managing a group.

If you run into any difficulties linking the tickets or assigning them, you're always welcome to stop by Guest Relations and speak with a Cast Member at the park entrance or call Disney's Reservation and Tickets line for assistance.

I hope you find this information helpful as you prepare for your visit to Walt Disney World, Nicole. Thank you again for visiting planDisney. We'll see ya real soon!
