Hi Corla! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
Disneyland Resort Guests currently need both a valid
admission ticket and a
theme park reservation to enter the parks. This is true for every day you wish to enter the parks, not just the first day of your visit. With
Park Hopper, you will be selecting the park you'd like to start your day in, and then, you can hop on over to the other park later in the day. So, you'll be able to experience both parks in one day! It offers a lot of flexibility for your planning. Want to start your day enjoying Attractions in Disneyland Park but have a
dining reservation for dinner in Disney California Adventure Park? You can do that! You can also hop back over to your starting park too. We love the Park Hopper option.
I checked, and currently, it appears there is availability at both parks for all of the days of your visit. Availability can change quickly, however, so go ahead and purchase your tickets if you haven't already. If no reservations are available at either park, keep checking! Guests' plans do change, and when people cancel their reservations, availability changes to reflect that. I suggest checking the
theme park reservation availability calendar throughout the day. Persistence can pay off!
Hopefully, you'll be able to select a park for each of your preferred days. If not, you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment in the
Downtown Disney District, as well as some immersive theming and dining options in the
Disneyland Resort Hotels, which are conveniently located close to the Downtown Disney District.
Have a magical day!
Elizabeth
