    When purchasing an annual pass, does it begin on the date purchased or first date of use. Thanks in advance.

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and for sending us your great question about Walt Disney World Annual Passes!

    Your Walt Disney World Annual Pass year will begin when you activate your pass at any Walt Disney World theme park ticket window or a Disney Springs Guest Relations location.

    In order to active your pass, please take your exchange certificate and a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.

    Mom’s Tip: If  you need any help or have any questions about your Annual Pass, please call the Passholder hotline at (407) 560-7277.
