Is there a way to have purchases at Disney Springs delivered to your resort hotel?

Hello Robbie, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

For me, no visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is complete without a visit to Disney Springs. It is one of my favorite places to shop and dine during my stay. Who are we kidding, I love shopping everywhere at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Merchandise pickup is one of the perks of staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. There is no reason to carry your purchases around the park with you all day. When you are at a shop at Disney Springs, when you begin the checkout process, ask the Cast Member if resort hotel delivery is available. It may not be available from every shop, so it is best to ask. You may also find that some stores will allow you to ship your purchases directly to your home. This may not be available at all locations, so be sure to ask a Cast Member for assistance.  If the service is available, there is one gift shop at each Disney Resort Hotel that is designated for pick up. You will receive a detailed receipt that you will present to the Cast Member at the time of pick up. One thing you should note, it can take up to 2 days for your merchandise to reach your resort. So it is always best to ask every Cast Member while you are paying for your merchandise and make them aware of your resort check out date. I hope that answers your question. If you need any more help before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
