Hello, I purchased a year pass and then realized I will be moving soon. My pass is unused, am I able to transfer my pass to a family member who will be able to use it?

    Hi, Daisy!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for asking us a question about Magic Keys at the Disneyland Resort.

I'm sorry to hear that your plans have changed and you may not be able to use your Magic Key pass as often as you originally anticipated. Unfortunately, per the Magic Key Terms and Conditions, Magic Key passes are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another person, even when it is unused. Daisy, you do have one year from the date of purchase to activate your Magic Key, but keep in mind that even if it expires before activation, the amount paid for an unactivated pass may be applied toward the purchase of a new pass (subject to availability). You can always contact a Cast Member by calling (714) 781-7277 to see if there might be any other options available to you.

I hope this information is helpful, and that some pixie-dusted theme park visits will be in store for you this year, Daisy. Please stop by again with any other questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
