Hello Molly!
I’m thrilled to hEAR that you will be spending your spring break at Walt Disney World Resort! I just love visiting around that time of year. April is also my birthday month so it’s the perfect reason to add on a
Character Dining experience! I convince my husband that it’s for the kids to enjoy my day too, but we both know it’s truly for me.
The NBA Experience at Disney Springs is a slam dunk for sure! No reservations are needed to visit, just come on in! I visited The NBA Experience this past December around lunch time and it was great. The venue is much larger than I thought it would be. I also visited with a group of nearly 20 people and we didn’t feel crowded at all! I haven’t found a time where it is more or less crowded but the entire experience is spread out on 2 floors, so there is plenty of room! (Tip: The NBA Experience requires footwear and athletic footwear is recommended so be sure to be wearing appropriate shoes).
My recommendation would be to visit The NBA Experience for a while and if you find it to be too crowded, go explore
Disney Springs for a little bit and then return! I also recommend grabbing a bite to eat at the new
City Works Eatery & Pour House, it’s the perfect go-to spot for a sports fan. Between the
Water Parks,
Theme Parks and The NBA Experience, you are in for a Magical time. I also recommend adding on
Memory Maker so that you have those memories preserved for years to come!
Take your Shot!
