While the specifics of the
Water Park Ticket that you purchased may not allow you to reassign your tickets, I am going to walk you through how to check and also give you some additional tips so you can hopefully get some use out of the Water Park Tickets you have!
-Log in to your
My Disney Experience Mobile App-Select the "☰" button at the bottom righthand side of the screen
-Select "My Tickets & Passes"
-Scroll until you see your Water Park Ticket
-Select the "Reassign Ticket" button if it is there
-Follow the prompts after that
If you do not see a "Reassign Ticket" option, I recommend
calling a Cast Member that specializes in Tickets. They may be able to help you reassign your tickets if you do not see the option on the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
