Hello, I purchased a Walt Disney Travel Company hotel/ticket package and made my corresponding park reservations, all online. Will the actual tickets be in the Travel ePackage (available 4 days before our arrival)? If not, how do I get them? Thank you!!

Heigh-ho Elaine, it's off to Disneyland Resort you go!

Oh my gooseberry pie! Your vacation is just around the corner. I can almost hear you whistling while you work as you count down the last couple of days. You'll be arriving just in time to enjoy the festive fall season in the theme parks

To use your Disneyland theme park tickets, you have a couple of options. First, in the confirmation e-mail you received when purchasing your package, or will receive in the online travel package, there should be an e-ticket link. Simply click this link to bring up your e-ticket barcode to be scanned upon entering the theme parks. If you prefer, you can also print the e-mail and present the accompanying barcode for entry.

If you can't find your e-mail confirmation, are unable to print your eTicket, or won't be able to present a mobile device screen upon arrival at the Disneyland Resort, you can also visit a ticket booth or Guest Relations just outside the theme parks to receive a re-issued ticket. To do this, you'll need the credit card used to purchase your tickets and a photo ID.

I hope this is helpful, Elaine. Before you head out, be sure to download the latest version of the Disneyland Mobile App so you can access virtual queues for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and WEB Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure, order quick service meals, and more. Have a safe trip to the Golden State, and we'll see ya real soon!
