I have purchased VMCP tickets for December 7th. We need to make changes to our trip and want to change the date to December 11th?

    Hi there Kelly.

I'm so sorry to convey this information to you, as I understand completely how plans can change and last minute issues can pop up that impact your travel plans. However, all of the hard-ticketed events at Magic Kingdom Park to include Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This is partially due to the fact that the number of guests admitted will be limited during each party date. This helps keep the queue lines shorter for the attractions and allows the cast members to adequately prepare the quantity of free goodies typically offered like hot cocoa and cookies or trick-or-treating candy.

While you can always ask a friendly cast member directly to see if any special exceptions can be made, there are no guarantees that this will be a possibility. Therefore, I would recommend that you analyze the cost effectiveness of moving your trip to determine the best way to approach a change in your Disney vacation dates. If you are hoping to take advantage of a Special Offer, it might be worth taking a loss on the party tickets to save money on your overall costs.

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel! Please feel free to send more questions my way in the days leading up to your December trip!
