    I purchased Villains after hour tickets through the phone, but my app is not accepting my ticket reservation number. What is the best way to link these tickets to my account?

    Hi Taylor!

    You have made a great decision to experience the Disney Villains After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park event! We experienced it last summer, and we are still talking about all that we encountered. 

    While it can certainly be frustrating when technology doesn’t want to behave, it always works out in the end. Have you tried accessing your My Disney Experience account via your computers web browser? Perhaps using your computer will allow you to link your tickets. If all else fails, definitely call (407) 939-4357 to speak with a cast member about the issues you are having with linking your Disney Villains After Hours tickets to your My Disney Experience account.
