Purchased a value season ticket, but our dates actually span both value and peak dates. If something happened that we couldn't go on a value date that our ticket is valid, or if we decided to do Magic Kingdom instead are we able to upgrade our ticket?

    Hi, Kathleen!

Hakuna Matata - No worries! You are able to upgrade a Value Season Ticket to a Regular Season or Peak Season Ticket. You can also upgrade to a Magic Kingdom ticket. The ticket you plan to upgrade needs to be valid and unused. You can make this upgrade at any ticket window, at your lobby concierge desk, or at a guest relations window. There will be an upcharge to make the changes and the cost will be determined by current pricing. When you make the upgrade, a friendly cast member will detail the upcharge for you. While tickets can be upgraded, they cannot be downgraded for a refund.

Remember that tiered pricing only comes into play if you have a one day ticket. Multi-day tickets are not subject to tiered pricing.

If you make your decision of your park choice ahead of time, you may want to book your FastPass+ selections ahead of time. This can be done 60 days in advance if staying at a Disney resort or 30 days in advance for all other guests.

Enjoy your magical day in Walt Disney World!
