Hi, Steve! Welcome to planDisney! I love when fellow Washingtonians stop by.
Thank you for your great question, but I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble linking your park tickets. That can be frustrating!
Let's start with locating your park ticket, along with your ticket ID number. If you received an email confirmation, there should be a link to "Access Your eTickets" in the email. This link should allow you to view your theme park tickets, as well as your ticket ID numbers (located underneath the barcode). Once you have your ticket ID number, Steve, you'll be able to link your theme park tickets to the
Disneyland app by clicking on the ☰ at the bottom right of the screen and selecting "My Tickets & Passes." Then click on the (+) sign in the top right corner and select “Link Tickets & Passes” to type in the theme park ticket numbers where they will be added to your Disneyland app!
Whew! We made it! But please know, if all else fails and you need further assistance, Steve, you can always reach out to Guest Services either by
giving them a call or initiating a chat from the
"Help" page on the Disneyland website. The help chat box hovers on the right-hand side of your screen and is a great resource to connect with a friendly Cast Member who can assist you. I use it all the time!
Steve, I'm so excited about your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth (during the most magical season of the year)! Scheduled to return on November 14,
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort come with themed entertainment and attractions (like
"it's a small world" Holiday!), and
Festive Food Marketplace - my favorite! I love trying all the diverse eats and treats throughout California Adventure. It is a small world after all when you can enjoy bites from around the globe!
Well, Steve, I hope this information has been helpful and you'll be immersed in the magic very soon! If any other questions come up in your planning, like how to utilize the
Disneyland app in the parks or where to find my favorite seasonal treats, please don't hesitate to
reach out again! You've got a friend in me.
Warmest wishes,
McCayla
