Welcome to planDisney, Christopher and thanks for dropping by with your question.
I'm so excited to see that you'll be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth this fall. If you're a thrill seeker, don't miss the two newest attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort:
TRON Lightcycle / Run located at Magic Kingdom Park, and
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind located at EPCOT.
Now, let's talk about making sure your tickets are linked to your account so you're ready for any adventure you choose. If you're using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, from the home screen, click on the three horizontal bars in the lower right corner. You'll then see a tile labeled, "Tickets and Passes." When you click on that tile, you should see any tickets associated with your vacation package. If you're using a browser, log into your My Disney Experience account and hover over "My Disney Experience" in the top right corner until you see "My Plans." When you click on "My Plans," you'll be taken to a different screen. Scroll down, past your Disney Resort Hotel reservation until you see the heading, "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." From there, you'll automatically see your Daily Itinerary, however you can click on the words, "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" to confirm all of your tickets are linked to your account.
Now it's time to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations! From this same screen, scroll up until you see the blue circles. One will be labeled "Park Reservations." When you hover over "Park Reservations," click on "Make a Park Reservation." You'll then be able to select your park of choice, date (pending availability), and your traveling party (as long as they are all linked as Family & Friends in your account). If you need help linking other guests, check out
THIS question and answer by another guest.
Christopher, I hope this helps as you're getting ready for your visit. I'll be wishing on a star that you have a pixie-dusted stay. Please come on back to planDisney with any other questions you might have!
