I'm sure you all are super excited about your Magical vacation just a few weeks away. Now that you have your theme park tickets, it's just a matter of time before you are in the Vacation Kingdom! One minor thing we have to sort out is accessing your tickets on your
My Disney Experience app. Not to worry Jasmine, you've got a friend in me for a few suggestions to try to get things cleared up.
I have had the experience you described in the past. Vacation packages or tickets are purchased and nothing loads on the app like it should. Sometimes logging out of the app, completely, closing it and trying to reload it again helps. There are times that the app itself may need an update and that may be causing things not to work efficiently. There are also times you may need to uninstall and then reinstall your app so it works right. All of these options have worked to some capacity for me in the past and things I was instructed to do so by calling Disney. I would try these options and if none seem to work, I would then try
calling Disney to see if there are any issues on their end they need to address.
Once you have cleared up your ticket situation, it's back to the fun of planning! I'm sure you are aware but there is one big change coming to your vacation experience you will have the opportunity to take part in. On July 24th,
Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass will be available for Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. The purchase of these options will be available for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels 7 days before their date of arrival and 3 days for all other Guests. With these purchases, you can make your Lightning Lane selections in advance so you can better prepare for your day in the parks. With Multi Pass, you can book 3 Lightning Lane experiences before you even get in the parks. After you redeem your Lightning Lanes, you will have a rolling one to use for the rest of the day. This option can be super helpful so you know you have your must-do attractions booked!
